VARSITY & JUNIOR VARSITY TEAMS

The FRHS Dance Team is a game day and competitive dance program. We support athletics at Fossil Ridge High School through hip-hop, jazz, pom performances and sideline routines at football and basketball games. We try to attend other athletic events as well, like soccer, volleyball and wrestling. 

Additionally, we compete in:

-Front Range League

-NDA, UDA, DTU & CHSAA Regional Competitions

-CHSAA State Spirit Competition

-DTU Nationals in Orlando, Florida
