Dance & POMS

The FRHS Dance Team is a game day and competitive dance program. They support athletics at Fossil Ridge High School through hip-hop, jazz, and pom performances and sideline routines at football and basketball games. Additionally, they compete in:

-Front Range League

-NDA, UDA, DTU & CHSAA Regional Competitions

-CHSAA State Spirit Competition

-UDA Nationals in Orlando, Florida

• Supporting Fossil Ridge High School Athletics

• Competing in Front Range League, NDA and UDA Regional Competitions, CHSAA State Spirit Competition, and UDA Nationals

• Community Outreach

• Committed to developing dancers who compete at the state and national level.
